2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in the following ways:
- To authenticate and provide access: Your ninjasforhealth.com account credentials are used to authenticate your account and give you access to the app's features.
- To record inspection results: The inspection data you provide is stored locally and synced with the ninjasforhealth.com system once a network connection is available.
- To manage Plans and Retailers: The information related to Plans and Retailers helps manage the scheduling and organization of tobacco inspections.
3. Data Storage and Security
We take appropriate measures to secure the information we collect. Your data is stored on your mobile device when working offline, and is transferred to our servers when synced. We use SSL encryption and secure authentication methods to protect account credentials and inspection data during network transmission.
However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information or inspection data with third parties for marketing purposes. However:
- Authorized Inspector program administrators: To facilitate program operations and manage inspections, relevant inspection data will be shared with any administrators and personnel added to your ninjasforhealth.com account, including other users with access to the jurisdictions to which you have access.
